Description

Delicious and simple sea salt chopped potatoes, perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
