Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For an extra crunch, consider using a mix of different potatoes or try making them in an air fryer.
