Description

Delightful dessert bars that merge the creaminess of cheesecake with the rich flavors of peanut butter and chocolate, perfect for peanut butter lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla and mix until well combined.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture gently.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Sprinkle chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and chocolate chips over the top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
