- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla and mix until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture gently.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and chocolate chips over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
