Description

Delicious no-bake cookie dough cups filled with chocolate chips and M&M’s, perfect for parties and sweet cravings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed firmly
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&M’s
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for melting)

Instructions

  1. Cream the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Mix in the flour gradually until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip the bottom of each cupcake liner into the melted chocolate, then freeze for 10 minutes.
  7. Fill each liner with the cookie dough mixture once chocolate sets, then top with M&M’s.
  8. Drizzle remaining melted chocolate over the top.
  9. Freeze for 30 minutes until set.
  10. Serve chilled.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. Allow to soften slightly before serving.
