Delicious no-bake cookie dough cups filled with chocolate chips and M&M’s, perfect for parties and sweet cravings.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed firmly
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&M’s
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for melting)
Instructions
- Cream the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix in the flour gradually until fully combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip the bottom of each cupcake liner into the melted chocolate, then freeze for 10 minutes.
- Fill each liner with the cookie dough mixture once chocolate sets, then top with M&M’s.
- Drizzle remaining melted chocolate over the top.
- Freeze for 30 minutes until set.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. Allow to soften slightly before serving.
