Description

A delightful twist on the classic BLT sandwich, transformed into a creamy macaroni salad with turkey bacon and chicken ham.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  6. Serve chilled.
