Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries gently.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
