- 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir until smooth and then let it cool slightly.
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream gently until fully combined.
- Pour the mousse into the prepared tart shell and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves if desired before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Use a good quality white chocolate for the best flavor.
