Description

A delightful dessert combining smooth white chocolate with a light, fluffy texture, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made tart shell (9-inch)
  • Fresh berries for garnish (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir until smooth and then let it cool slightly.
  2. Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream gently until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mousse into the prepared tart shell and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves if desired before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Use a good quality white chocolate for the best flavor.
