Description
Cherry Amaretto Tiramisu combines the flavors of coffee and cherries with a hint of almond liqueur. This easy dessert is perfect for gatherings and special occasions.

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- Ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
- Fresh cherries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix the brewed coffee and amaretto. Set aside.
- Whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee-amaretto mixture briefly, then layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Top with a layer of cherry pie filling.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone layer on top.
- Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with fresh cherries.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight, before serving.
Notes
Dust with cocoa powder just before serving to keep it looking fresh. Make sure to dip the ladyfingers quickly into the coffee mixture to avoid sogginess.
