- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheese until smooth.
- Mix in the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
For a spicier version, add jalapeños or use a spicier taco seasoning. You can also substitute the black beans with kidney beans or pinto beans.
