Description

A creamy and zesty dip perfect for gatherings, movie nights, and casual get-togethers. Pairs well with tortilla chips for a fun snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

For a spicier version, add jalapeños or use a spicier taco seasoning. You can also substitute the black beans with kidney beans or pinto beans.
