Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the minced garlic and herbs in a small bowl.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the garlic-herb mix, and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise for an additional 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.
