Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining fresh strawberries with creamy cheesecake, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  4. Fold in the sliced strawberries.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Serve chilled, topped with extra sliced strawberries or a drizzle of chocolate.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling. Add lemon zest for extra flavor.
