- 1 pound strawberries, sliced
- 1 package graham crackers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Layer half of the graham crackers on the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
- Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top.
- Repeat the layers, ending with strawberries on top.
- Spread whipped topping over the final layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.
