Description

Strawberry Banana Pudding Dream is a delicious, easy-to-make dessert that combines the flavors of fresh strawberries and bananas with creamy pudding. This dessert is perfect for gatherings, family events, or even just a sweet treat at home. With a combination of layers and textures, it satisfies both the craving for something sweet and the need for a light dessert. Plus, it’s a great way to use fresh fruits!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (instant) vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package Nilla wafers or graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups of milk according to package instructions.
  4. Layer the ingredients in a serving dish: start with a layer of Nilla wafers, then half of the pudding mixture, sliced bananas, and strawberries. Repeat the layers.
  5. Top with remaining whipped cream.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature; it blends better this way. If you want a sweeter dessert, you can add more powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture. Use fresh, ripe bananas and strawberries for the best flavor. Letting the pudding set longer will enhance the flavors, so consider chilling it overnight if you have time.
