Description

Creamy Parmesan cheese and fragrant garlic combine in these delicious slow-cooked baby potatoes, making a perfect side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the potatoes to the mixture and toss until well coated.
  4. Place the coated potatoes in the crockpot and cook on low for 240-300 minutes or until tender.
  5. Once done, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
