- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix over the potatoes.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon on top of the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for added color and nutrition. You can also crisp the turkey bacon in a pan for extra crunch.
