- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, salt, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until the mixture begins to bubble, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the blueberry mixture into a pie crust placed in the skillet.
- Dot with butter and cover with another layer of crust, cutting slits for steam to escape.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
