Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these Roasted Garlic Butter Parmesan Potatoes are a flavorful and versatile side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the minced garlic cloves.
  4. Pour the melted garlic butter over the potatoes in a large bowl, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for about 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
