Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that layers chocolate and fresh raspberries, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
  • 2 cups of fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine chocolate pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk until thickened.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Layer chocolate graham crackers in a rectangular dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add a layer of chocolate pudding.
  6. Top with fresh raspberries.
  7. Repeat the layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with the cream cheese mixture on top.
  8. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider adding melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture or using chocolate graham crackers.
