Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, then sear it on both sides until browned.
- Add the sliced green and red bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic to the Crock Pot.
- Place the seared flank steak on top of the vegetables.
- Mix beef broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a separate bowl until smooth, then pour over the steak and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the steak is tender.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
