- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl; mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth in another bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well integrated.
- Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by half of the pecans and half of the caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with additional whipped cream and pecans if desired.
- Chill for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
For richer flavor, toast the pecans before adding. Use dark caramel sauce for deeper flavor. Adjust sweetness by tasting the cream cheese mixture.
