Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pretzel sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Drop rounded tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
