Description

Peach Pie Cruffins combine muffins and croissants into a delightful pastry filled with sweet peach preserves for a burst of fruity flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Whisk together the melted butter and milk in another bowl. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Add the peach preserves to the batter and fold gently to incorporate.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top if desired.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
