- 1 cup peach preserves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Whisk together the melted butter and milk in another bowl. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Add the peach preserves to the batter and fold gently to incorporate.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon on top if desired.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
