- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup peach preserves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the sliced peaches, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Dollop the peach preserves on top, swirling slightly with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Can be made a day in advance.
