Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the milk and butter in a saucepan, and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the flour and salt until a smooth dough forms.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, bake a little longer while watching to prevent burning. Experiment with flavors by adding lemon zest or almond extract.
