- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate sauce
- 1 cup chopped Twix bars (for topping)
Instructions
- Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth in a mixing bowl.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer half of the cream cheese mixture onto the crust, followed by half of the caramel sauce.
- Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture and caramel.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped Twix bars.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
