Description

A simple, delightful dessert that combines rich flavors of creamy cheesecake and chocolate caramel, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup chopped Twix bars (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture onto the crust, followed by half of the caramel sauce.
  5. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture and caramel.
  6. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped Twix bars.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
