Description

Delightful no bake dessert bars capturing the refreshing flavors of orange and cream, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.
  3. Mix together the sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth in a separate bowl.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the orange mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the orange filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Cut into bars and serve chilled.

Notes
