- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh strawberries, for topping
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into mini tartlet pans to create the crusts.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until firm. Remove and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture into the cooled tartlet shells.
- Top with fresh strawberries and garnish with chocolate shavings.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor and presentation. You can prepare the tartlets a day in advance.
