- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to pizza dough instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and sauté onion and bell peppers until soft.
- Add chicken, sausage, shrimp, cooked rice, tomatoes, and Cajun seasoning; stir well to combine.
- Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the mixture evenly.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake according to pizza dough instructions (about 15-20 minutes), until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
