Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup andouille sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to pizza dough instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and sauté onion and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add chicken, sausage, shrimp, cooked rice, tomatoes, and Cajun seasoning; stir well to combine.
  4. Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the mixture evenly.
  5. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake according to pizza dough instructions (about 15-20 minutes), until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
