Instructions
- Combine the onion, garlic, jalapeños, and cilantro in a food processor.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add lime juice and salt, blending until the desired consistency is reached.
- Fold in the diced tomatoes if using.
- Taste and adjust lime juice and salt if needed.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
Notes
Adjust the heat by removing seeds for milder salsa or leaving some for more heat. Chill before serving for enhanced flavor.
