Ingredients

  • 23 jalapeños (seeded and roughly chopped)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the onion, garlic, jalapeños, and cilantro in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Add lime juice and salt, blending until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Fold in the diced tomatoes if using.
  5. Taste and adjust lime juice and salt if needed.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.

Notes
