- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- ¼ cup honey

- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
- Distribute the diced pineapple evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Drizzle the marinade over the salmon and pineapple.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
- Plate the salmon and pineapple, drizzling any remaining glaze from the baking dish on top.
