Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Distribute the diced pineapple evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Drizzle the marinade over the salmon and pineapple.
  6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
