Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss until well coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve hot.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate shrimp for at least 15 minutes. Experiment with different spices or add vegetables to the skewers.
