Description

A delicious and easy seafood dish that uses garlic and butter, cooked quickly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound scallops
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat in a small pan and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pat the scallops dry and place them in a bowl. Pour the garlic butter over the scallops and toss to coat.
  4. Place the scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until scallops are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best served hot, garnished with fresh herbs. Can pair with garlic bread or a light salad.
