- 1 pound scallops
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a small pan and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Pat the scallops dry and place them in a bowl. Pour the garlic butter over the scallops and toss to coat.
- Place the scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until scallops are opaque and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Best served hot, garnished with fresh herbs. Can pair with garlic bread or a light salad.
