- 4 slices garlic bread
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of garlic bread.
- Place two slices of garlic bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Layer two slices of cheddar cheese on top of each slice of garlic bread.
- Top with the remaining slices of garlic bread, buttered side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole grain garlic bread and reduce the butter. You can also experiment with different cheeses and add extra ingredients like tomatoes or spinach.
