Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of garlic bread.
  3. Place two slices of garlic bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer two slices of cheddar cheese on top of each slice of garlic bread.
  5. Top with the remaining slices of garlic bread, buttered side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
  8. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.

Notes
