Description

A luxurious dish featuring tender filet mignon paired with succulent shrimp and lobster in a rich cream sauce, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Filet Mignon steaks
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the Filet Mignon steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until your desired doneness is reached. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  2. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Then, add shrimp and lobster meat, cooking until the shrimp becomes opaque.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  4. Serve the Filet Mignon topped with the shrimp and lobster cream sauce, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Choose high-quality filet mignon for the best flavor. Allow the steaks to rest after cooking to redistribute the juices.
