Instructions
- Start by cutting the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to create a marinade.
- Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare your vegetables by cutting the bell peppers and onions into pieces.
- Once marinated, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms onto the skewers.
- Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
