Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to create a marinade.
  3. Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare your vegetables by cutting the bell peppers and onions into pieces.
  5. Once marinated, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms onto the skewers.
  7. Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
  8. Serve the steak kabobs warm, paired with a fresh salad or rice.
