- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, grated carrot, minced garlic, chopped onion, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling near one edge.
- Roll the wrapper tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you go, and seal the edge with a bit of water.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
