Description

Delicious and versatile snack or appetizer filled with savory ingredients, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 medium carrot, finely grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, grated carrot, minced garlic, chopped onion, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling near one edge.
  3. Roll the wrapper tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you go, and seal the edge with a bit of water.
  4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider baking the spring rolls instead of frying them.
