- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
- Spread the mixture over the graham cracker crust in the baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional strawberries if desired.
Notes
Make sure the heavy cream is very cold before whipping. Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
