- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, stuffing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix the chicken broth and sour cream in another bowl until well combined.
- Pour the chicken broth mixture into the chicken and stuffing mixture, and stir until everything is well combined.
- If using, add mixed vegetables and mix lightly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a crunchy topping, consider sprinkling some breadcrumbs or cheese on top before baking. Use leftover or rotisserie chicken to save time.
