- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive brine
- Black olives for garnishing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by hard boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot of water, bring it to a boil, and then remove from heat. Let them sit for 12 minutes. After that, cool the eggs in ice water before peeling.
- Once peeled, slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, olive brine, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish each egg with a slice of black olive.
- Chill until ready to serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding minced garlic or herbs like chives or dill to the yolk mixture.
