Description

A fun twist on a classic appetizer, these Dirty Martini Deviled Eggs combine creamy textures with bold flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive brine
  • Black olives for garnishing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by hard boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot of water, bring it to a boil, and then remove from heat. Let them sit for 12 minutes. After that, cool the eggs in ice water before peeling.
  2. Once peeled, slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks into a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, olive brine, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish each egg with a slice of black olive.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding minced garlic or herbs like chives or dill to the yolk mixture.
