- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- Graham cracker crumbs (for layering)
- Whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Beat together the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Combine chocolate pudding mix with milk and whisk until thickened.
- Layer graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter mixture, chocolate pudding, and repeat layers in a serving dish.
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate chips if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with whipped topping. Can be prepared a day in advance for improved flavors.
