Description

A delicious twist on the classic Caesar salad featuring crispy chicken cutlets topped with creamy Caesar dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Chicken cutlets
  • 2 Anchovies
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Seasoned flour
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Caesar salad, prepared

Instructions

  1. Make the sauce by mixing sliced anchovies, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, and grated Parmesan until creamy.
  2. Prepare chicken cutlets by coating them in seasoned flour, then dipping in beaten egg, and finally coating with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry the breaded chicken cutlets in a pan until lightly golden brown on each side and cooked through.
  4. Let the chicken rest before topping it with the prepared Caesar salad. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, consider using an air fryer for the chicken cutlets and add the dressing just before serving.
