Description

A deliciously creamy no bake cheesecake that’s perfect for any occasion, easy to make and requires no baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well blended. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) or until set.
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings if desired.
