Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the corn, black beans, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and taco seasoning in a large bowl.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or refrigerate for later.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or chopped cilantro. Substitute Greek yogurt for a healthier option. Can be made ahead of time.
