Description

A rich and creamy corn dip that’s perfect for gatherings and parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the corn, black beans, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and taco seasoning in a large bowl.
  2. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or refrigerate for later.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or chopped cilantro. Substitute Greek yogurt for a healthier option. Can be made ahead of time.
