A hearty dish featuring jumbo pasta shells stuffed with creamy ricotta, shredded chicken, and Cajun seasoning, topped with marinara and melted cheese.

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions and set them aside.
- Combine the cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, use extra Cajun seasoning or add diced jalapeños to the filling.
