- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups whipped topping
- 2 cups banana pudding
- 3–4 bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup chocolate shavings (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping and banana pudding until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust. Arrange sliced bananas on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set. Before serving, top with the remaining whipped topping and chocolate shavings, if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For best results, prepare a day before serving.
