Description

A delightful dessert that combines creamy cheesecake and banana pudding, layered with real banana slices. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups whipped topping
  • 2 cups banana pudding
  • 34 bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping and banana pudding until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust. Arrange sliced bananas on top of the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set. Before serving, top with the remaining whipped topping and chocolate shavings, if desired.
