Description

A delightful mix of rotini pasta, turkey bacon, and fresh veggies, perfect for picnics and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and corn.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve chilled.

Notes

For added crunch, consider adding bell peppers or cucumbers. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
