- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chocolate confectionery coating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions with water, vegetable oil, and egg.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Remove the brownie bites from the tin and create a small indentation on top of each.
- Fill each brownie with a ball of cookie dough.
- Melt the chocolate confectionery coating and dip each filled brownie ball into the chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper and let the chocolate set. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or refrigerate for up to a week. Separate layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
