- 2 medium Zucchini
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Slice the zucchini into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Place the zucchini slices on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the zucchini is tender.
- If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the olive oil mixture. Marinating zucchini in balsamic vinegar enhances flavor.
