Description

A simple and delicious way to enjoy grilled zucchini, bringing out its natural sweetness and smoky flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice the zucchini into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  3. Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  4. Place the zucchini slices on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the zucchini is tender.
  5. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the olive oil mixture. Marinating zucchini in balsamic vinegar enhances flavor.
