Description

A delightful dessert that combines creamy cheesecake with rich caramel and crunchy pecans.


Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the sugar and mix well.
  4. Add in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pie crust.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  8. Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
