- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
- Cook the chicken breast over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add the orzo and heavy cream to the pot, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is al dente and has absorbed most of the cream, about 10-12 minutes.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pot. Stir well and season with Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Serve hot.
