Description

A creamy and flavorful dish that combines Cajun spices with Alfredo sauce and orzo pasta, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 cups orzo pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breast over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the orzo and heavy cream to the pot, stirring to combine.
  3. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is al dente and has absorbed most of the cream, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pot. Stir well and season with Cajun seasoning to taste.
  5. Serve hot.

Notes

Pair with a side salad or crusty bread. Garnish with fresh parsley or Parmesan cheese.
