- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, finely chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until browned.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.
- Add beef broth to the same skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Return the patties to the skillet and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until cooked through and gravy thickens.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For best results, chill the patties for 30 minutes before cooking to help them retain their shape.
